  Coverage We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Sargodha, and all other major cities and towns. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or SMS/WhatsApp message once your order is booked with our courier partner.   • Free delivery on orders above Rs. 1000
  • A flat delivery charge of Rs.1000 applies to orders below this amount

  Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for our rider, and ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can monitor your shipment status. Failed Delivery Attempts If our rider is unable to reach you after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. You will need to contact our support team to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional delivery charge.

  Return Policy

  Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The safety seal (if applicable) is intact for hygiene/skincare/haircare items
  • You have the original order confirmation or invoice

  Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Opened bottles of sprays, oils, serums, or liquids (e.g., Minoxidil spray, hair oils)
  • Used derma rollers, derma stamps, applicators, or combs
  • Opened powders or concealer products

  Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo/video of the product and packaging

  We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification — no return shipping cost will be charged to you in this case. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

  Refunds

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received and approved.
  • Refunds for online/card payments are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  Exchange If you'd prefer an exchange (e.g., different shade or product) instead of a refund, let our support team know when you initiate your return request — subject to stock availability.
